For forty-nine years Richard and William have worked side by side, the last thirty-eight of them here in Las Vegas, helping businesses, nonprofits, community groups, and civic projects navigate challenges, build relationships, streamline the red tape, and move important work forward.
Much of that work has been land. Entitlements, zoning, and the long walk through public approvals. Anyone can read the code. What moves a project is knowing who has to say yes, and having known them for years before you needed anything.
